4. One-off Services

Services such as branding, websites, UI/UX design, content writing, and marketing materials are quoted individually.

Project timelines begin only after:

• Initial payment has been made (where applicable)

5. Client Responsibilities

To ensure projects are completed efficiently, clients agree to:

• Provide accurate information
• Supply required logos, images, and brand assets where necessary
• Review work promptly
• Respond to requests for feedback within a reasonable timeframe
• Approve content before scheduled publication where applicable

Delays in communication may affect delivery timelines.

6. Revisions

Each project includes a reasonable number of revisions as agreed before work begins.

Requests for revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur additional charges.

Major changes to the original project brief may require a revised quotation.

7. Payments

Payments are due according to the agreed invoice terms.

Failure to make payment may result in:

• Suspension of subscription services
• Suspension of website hosting or maintenance services (where applicable)

Elevori reserves the right to pause work until outstanding balances have been settled.

8. Intellectual Property

Ownership of final approved work transfers to the client only after full payment has been received.

Until payment is completed, all concepts, designs, source files, and creative assets remain the intellectual property of Elevori.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Elevori reserves the right to showcase completed work within its:

• Portfolio
• Website
• Social media channels
• Marketing materials

9. Third-Party Services

Some projects rely on external platforms and providers, including but not limited to:

• Instagram
• Facebook
• LinkedIn
• TikTok
• WordPress
• Shopify
• Web hosting providers

Elevori is not responsible for service interruptions, outages, or changes made by these third-party platforms.

10. Project Timelines

Estimated delivery dates are provided in good faith.

While every effort is made to deliver projects on time, delays may occur due to:

• Client feedback delays
• Missing project assets
• Scope changes
• Third-party service interruptions

Elevori will communicate any significant delays as soon as possible.

11. Limitation of Liability

While we strive to deliver exceptional creative work, Elevori does not guarantee specific business outcomes, including but not limited to:

• Increased sales
• Increased followers
• Higher engagement
• Improved search rankings
• Business growth

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service provided.

Any information shared with Elevori will be treated confidentially and used solely for the purpose of delivering our services.

We do not sell or share client information with third parties except where required to complete agreed services or where required by law.
